Scope of Supply is a house kit Ex-Works (EXW INCOTERMS 2000) for the erection of the house (walls, ceiling and roof construction), which starts from top edge of foundation slab. The house kit is completely finished from outside (but excludes roof tiles, roof lathes and roof drainage). The windows and external window sills as well as entrance door are built in the exterior walls. The finished exterior and interior walls are insulated and planked with gypsum fibre boards on the interior side. The interior window sills are included.

All material for the roof construction (consisting of prefabricated nail trusses) and ceiling incl. insulation material and planking material is included. The empty conduit system for electrical installation and sanitary installations is build in the walls.
